Subject choice 学科选择
Good afternoon，everyone.
Welcome to our school! The topic I’m going to talk about is the choice between arts and science. As is known to all, students in China can’t study both arts and science. Therefore, a choice between them is bound to be made.
At the end of my first year in high school, I decided to study science rather than arts. And the reasons are as follows: The most important one is that I love science, which can show me the mysteries of nature and the universe. What’s more, I’m good at it. So, it is far easier for me to learn science than arts. Last but not least, I want to become a scientist in the future. It is science that will equip me with necessary abilities.
Now, years have passed, and my affection for science is much greater than before. I hold the view firmly that my choice is absolutely right.

欢迎来到我们学校！我要谈论的话题是艺术与科学之间的选择。众所周知，中国学生不能学习艺术和科学。因此，两者之间的选择必然要被做。
在高中的第一年，我决定学习科学，而不是艺术。原因如下：最重要的是我热爱科学，它能给我看自然界和宇宙的奥秘。更甚的是，我很擅长。所以我比文科更容易学理科。最后但并非最不重要，我想将来成为一名科学家。这是科学，这将使我具备必要的能力。
现在，岁月已经过去了，我对科学的热爱比以前更大了。我认为我的选择是绝对正确的。

Go to the Bookshop去书店
Today is Saturday. Two of my classmates and I go to the bookshop. It's the biggest one in my city. There are plenty of books. We go to the cartoon-book zone. And then we stay there for a long time. We find our favorite books and read them there. It's very quiet in the bookshop. I like it very much. Reading at bookshop or libriary is very enjoyable. Finally, we buy some books we like and then we go home together.
今天是星期六，我和我两个同学去书店。这是我所在城市最大的一个书店，里面有很多书。我们去了卡通专区，并在那待了很长一段时间。我们找到了我们最喜欢的书并在那里看。书店里很安静，我很喜欢。在书店或图书馆看书是一件很享受的事。最后，我们买了一些喜欢的书就一起回家了。
