接下来该包饺子了,这我还不太熟练,姥姥给我做了示范,我照着姥姥的样子,把面片平摊在手上,挖了点饺子馅放上去,对折饺子皮,轻轻把皮捏在一起,好,成功!
可我包的饺子真难看,肚子瘪瘪的趴在桌上。姥姥说这是因为我包的馅太少了,再包一个,多放些馅,这次的好看多了。
姥姥说冬至不吃饺子,耳朵会冻掉,我猜,一定是因为饺子的形状像耳朵,又热乎乎的,吃了饺子,耳朵就不冷了,再冷的天也不怕。我可不想耳朵被冻掉,所以我要多吃点,吃着自己包的饺子真香呀!
