  (1)建立校园骨干光纤网络:为校园弱电系统如信息网络、视频监控、电话、广播、电视、一卡通等系统提供一条统一的高速光纤信息通道。并在校园骨干网建一套带宽万兆的骨干数据传输专网,为校园弱电系统(除数据网外)提供统一的传输通道。每个弱电系统主传输网都在传输专网上,系统之间通过VLAN 逻辑隔离。

  (2)建立校园弱电综合管道系统,作为数字化校园各弱电系统的基础通道。弱电综合管道系统分为室内综合管道系统和室外综合管道系统。设计时必须考虑室内外管道系统的预留应满足建成后各个系统需要,并避免将来系统扩展时没有足够的预留管道,从而破坏整体建筑结构以及装修。

  (4)弱电系统中的不间断电源、服务器、存储等信息设备纳入统一规划:建立校园一套统一的不间断电源系统,为校园弱电系统统一供电;除信息网络以外的其他弱电系统的服务器、存储设备统一规划,校园建立统一的IP 存储网络,并配置在校园信息机房。在整个校园建成一个标准的数据中心,为校园所有弱电系统提供服务,用户只须在终端进行管理和维护。
